Our award-winning Board Certified Behavior Analyst develops personalized intervention plans grounded in evidence-based practices, thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Alongside our seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist, we integrate ABA and speech therapy to strengthen communication and support meaningful progress.
Speech Language Pathology
Our speech therapy services are led by a licensed, highly experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of expertise in autism intervention. With a deep understanding of neurodiverse communication needs, we use evidence-based strategies to help individuals of all ages build meaningful communication skills, enhance social interaction, and express themselves with confidence. We proudly offer personalized therapy for both children and adults, tailored to support growth at every stage.
Behavior Intervention Plans
Using evidence-based ABA strategies, we design individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each person’s unique needs—because no two individuals are the same. Our approach focuses on building positive behaviors and reducing challenging ones by teaching meaningful, functional replacement skills. No cookie-cutter plans—just personalized support that works.
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)
If you disagree with the behavioral evaluation or IEP your child received from their school, you have the right to request an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) at no cost to you. These evaluations are funded by the school district under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). At Applied Behavior and Communication Services, Bryant Gillman, M.A., BCBA, LBA provides expert IEEs that deliver objective, legally defensible, and data-driven assessments. Each report identifies behavioral needs, recommends effective supports, and helps ensure every child receives the services they are entitled to within their educational plan.
